Roy is a Partner in the Residential and Commercial Property Team. Roy joined Donaldson West in 2012 and acts predominantly on residential sales and purchases. Roy also acts for landlords and tenants on commercial leases and on commercial sales and purchase. Roy qualified as a solicitor in 1988 specialising in commercial property work acting for institutional landlords. Roy has acted for clients dealing with legal issues arising on the management of shopping centres. Roy has also acted for developers and landowners on the assembly of residential development sites. Roy is considered to be professional and thorough providing pragmatic advice while putting clients at ease.
Roy's interests include playing padel, going to the gym, walking his dog and travelling with his family.
