Although Wills remove the need for bereaved relatives to make difficult decisions at a very stressful time, we recognise that not everybody has the foresight to make a Will to ensure that their wishes are carried out when they die.

We can also help you with tax planning to reduce or eliminate inheritance tax which may have to be paid on your death. There may be scope to pass some of your wealth or excess income down to the next generation or to your ultimate beneficiaries in a tax efficient way that will minimise your eventual inheritance tax liability.
