PAULINE DONALDSON is the Senior Partner and co-founder of Donaldson West. Pauline has been a private client solicitor at Croham House since 1980 dealing with wills, estate administration, powers of attorney and also specialises in advice to elderly clients.

Pauline has lived in Crowborough for over 24 years with her husband and has two sons.

WENDY BISHOP is a Partner in our commercial conveyancing department and specialises in commercial property and small business sales and purchases. She has previously worked in a large firm in the City of London, as an in-house lawyer and has many years of experience. Wendy also deals with some residential Conveyancing for her clients.

Wendy divides her time between Donaldson West's Wadhurst office and Crowborough office.

She lives in Hawkhurst with her husband and three children.

VERITY FYTCHE is a partner in our residential Conveyancing department and joined Donaldson West in May 2008.  Verity has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions and has also previously dealt with private client work.  She has trained and worked in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas for over twenty years and works out of both the Crowborough and Wadhurst offices.

She lives in Crowborough with her partner and two daughters.

MARK WILLIAMS joined the firm shortly after its formation to head the residential property department. He has many years of experience in providing advice and guidance on a variety of residential transactions. Mark lives in Tunbridge Wells with his wife and four children. Mark is now a consultant with the firm.

His interests include golf and cricket. He is the coach of the Tunbridge Wells under 15s cricket team who won the National Championships in 2007.

TRACY SALES Tracy Sales is a Solicitor in our Probate, Wills and Tax Planning Department. Tracy trained in Kent and has worked locally in Kent for a number of years. Tracy is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners and the Probate Section of the Law Society. Tracy works mainly out of our Wadhurst Office and also spends time in our Crowborough Office.

SARAH HOCKEY joined Donaldson West as a Private Client Solicitor after a career break, having previously worked in the City. She works out of the Wadhurst Office. Sarah lives near Sevenoaks with her three daughters
